On a night honoring two of Anderson Motor Speedway’s heroes, Magnum Tate took home the winner’s hardware.

Tate topped the Limited Late Model field to score the win in the annual Rupert Porter Memorial Shrine race at the 3/8-mile Williamston, South Carolina raceway, held in honor of the long time track promoter.

The feature was 97-laps in length in honor of long time competitor Marty Ward, who passed away earlier in the month. Tate, who hails from Easley, South Carolina, recorded his fourth feature win of the season at Anderson.

Justin Sorrow followed in second, with R.A. Brown in third, Landon DeVaughn in fourth, and Archie Adams in fifth.

John Gallman, Matt Leicht, Justin Southerlin, Gary Greenwood, Jr, and Alex Meggs rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Austin Northcutt scored the victory in the BM Modifieds feature, with Riley Gentry in second, Jamie Winslett in third, Joey Chitwood in fourth, and Scott Robinson in fifth.

B.J. Thrasher edged out Ryan Howard for the Mini Stocks feature win. Tyler Sease was third, followed by Bryan Mitchell fourth, and Chad Campbell fifth.

Bryce Sanders crossed the finish line ahead of Alex Meggs for the US Legends victory. Mitchell Thompson, Zack Alexander, and Brandon Johnson rounded out the top five.

Chandler Gallman drove to the win in the Pure Stocks feature, with Michael Mote in second, Chris Lawson in third, Drexx Brezeale in fourth, and Jeffery Chandler in fifth.

Kenzie Davis crossed under the checkered flag to win the Young Guns feature. Katelynn Moon finished second, with Mckenzie Barbare third, Jordan Kane fourth, and Bentley Barbare fifth.

Robert Hall was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature, followed by Kenneth Bearden in second, Brandi Presnell in third, Scotty Gosnell in fourth, and Dannon Esco in fifth.
