Justin Sorrow Scores Anderson Limited Late Model Win

On “Back 2 School” night at Anderson Motor Speedway, Justin Sorry took the Limited Late Model field to school.

Sorrow bested the field in the 50-lap field to score his second feature victory of the season at the 3/8-mile asphalt oval in Williamston, South Carolina.

The Belton, South Carolina native was second fast in qualifying for the event, and drove to the lead over pole sitter Jock White before moving on to take the win.

Magnum Tate crossed the finish line in second, with White in third, Jason Scruggs in fourth, and Archie Adams in fifth.

Kenneth Headen, R.A. Brown, Thad Collins, John Gallman, and Ralph Carnes rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Chuck Mitchell beat out Zack Franks for the BM Modifieds feature victory, with Riley Gentry in third, Rodger Gentry in fourth, and Jason McDowell in fifth.

Ryan Howard scored his fourth Mini-Stock feature win of the season. Chad Campbell followed in second, with B.J. Thrasher in third, Koleman Bryant in fourth, and Austin Northcutt in fifth.

Bobby Emory, Jr. was the winner in the Pure Stocks feature, with Chris Lawson second, Reagan Darnell third, Spencer Darnell fourth, and Chandler Gallman fifth.

Marlin Yoder topped the Street Stocks field to take the feature victory. Michael Mote came home in second, with Devin Kelley in third, Maxx Porter in fourth, and Rick Kelley in fifth.

Kenzie Davis crossed under the checkered flag ahead of McKenzie Barbare to score the Young Guns feature win. Katelynn Moon finished in third, followed by Aiden Nabors in fourth, and Bentley Barbare in fifth.

Robert Hall took the win in the Front Wheel Drive feature, with Tommy Davis, Jordan Kane, Dannon Esco, and Kayden Presnell rounding out the top five.
