Carson Kvapil led flag-to-flag en route to the win in Saturday night’s North/South Super Late Model Challenge for the Southern Super Series, ARCA/CRA Super Series and CARS Racing Tour as a part of the Music City 200 at Tennessee’s Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.

Kvapil started the night by setting fast time in qualifying, then drew number one in the redraw to start on the pole for the 100 lap feature.

Kvapil led from the drop of the green flag and never gave up the top spot en route to the victory.

Kvapil held off restart challenges from Matt Craig through the event, including in heavy lapped traffic. Craig would hold on for second, with Stephen Nasse in third, Monroe, Georgia’s Jake Garcia in fourth, and Sammy Smith in fifth.

In other action, Cody Coughlin scored the win in the Pro Late Model feature for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour. Coughlin survived a number of late race restarts and heavy pressure from track champion Michael House on his way to his first series win of the season.

Dylan Fetcho followed in third, with Cole Williams in fourth and Kyle Neveau in fifth.

Action returns to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, May 29. For more information, visit NashvilleFairgroundsSpeedway.racing.
