Bubba Russell Tops Hartwell Limited Late Model Feature

Bubba Russell recorded his second straight Limited Late Model victory on Saturday night at Georgia’s Hartwell Speedway.

The Comer, Georgia racer has been a regular in victory lane at the 3/8-mile clay raceway in 2020. On Saturday, he beat out a 12 car field to add to his win tally.

Chris Woods came home in second, with David McCoy in third, Danny Sanders in fourth and Gus Simpson in fifth.

Will Harris, Tim Jones, Lance Chitwood, Adam Partain and Nick Sellers rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Blake Craft took top honors in the Hobby 602 feature, with Brandon Stroud in second, Nick Sellers in third, Hoyt Partain in fourth and Ryan Boles in fifth.

Michael Segars scored the victory in the Modified Street feature. Michael McTier followed in second, with Tye Nalley in third, Johnny Pilgrim in fourth and Jennifer Everett in fifth.

Ricky Chamberlain held off Mason Johnson to take the win in the Stock V8 feature. Justin Sorrow, Seth Brown and Shannon Tucker rounded out the top five.

J.J. Garrett topped the Stock 4 field to score the feature victory. Aiden Fortson finished second, with Roger Cothran third, Jeffery Durham fourth and Justin Canavan fifth.

Logan Gunter took the win in the Young Guns feature, with Cohen Fortson in second, Noah Anglin in third, Thomas Shaw in fourth and Brandon Jones in fifth.

Bradley Tillman was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature. Randy Shaw came home in second, followed by Wayne Glenn in third, Dalton Taylor in fourth and Travis Key in fifth.
