Trey Gibson Grabs Late Model Win At Greenville-Pickens

Trey Gibson topped a strong field of competitors to score the Late Model Stock Car victory at South Carolina’s Greenville-Pickens Speedway on Saturday night.

The Easley, South Carolina speedster edged out Ryan Walker for the victory at the half-mile asphalt raceway.

Taylor Satterfield followed in third, with Dexter Canipe, Jr. in fourth and Neil Meredith in fifth.

Michael Faulk, Archie Adams, Cameron Bolin, Riley Gentry and Connor Mosack rounded out the top ten.

In other action, T.J. Johnson took the win in the Pure Stock feature, with Jack Hooper in second, Jeb Kelly in third, Zach Blanton in fourth and Allen Cantrell in fifth.

Greg Dodgens was the winner in the Pure Stock V8 feature. Devin Morgan finished in second, followed by Dereck Burgess in third, Benji Wilson in fourth and Rodger Gentry in fifth.

Ricky Burnett scored the victory in the first Renegades feature, while Alex Guthrie won the second.

David Rocklein finished second in the first feature, with Guthrie third, Tyler Woodring fourth and Brad Burns fifth.

In the second feature, Woodring finished second, with Burnett, Rocklein and Burns rounding out the top five.

Robin Darnell won in the Super Stocks feature, with Travis Cox in second, David Rader in third and Scott Mann in fourth.

John Kersey topped the 4 Cylinder-Front Wheel Drive feature field for the win. Josh Thomason came home in second, with Dannon Esco third, Randy Hupp fourth and Zach Beale fifth.
