Ten races will make up the slate for the Southern Super Series in 2019.

Seven total race tracks in four different states will host the series, according to a schedule released by series representatives this week.

The 2019 campaign will kickoff for the sixth consecutive year with the 43rd annual running of “The Rattler” at South Alabama Speedway in Opp, Alabama. The 250-lap race will be held on March 15-17 on the fourth-tenths of a mile oval.

Two weeks later, Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida will host race number two for the series on Friday, March 29. In all, the series will visit Five Flags four times. The other events will occur on June 21, July 19 and September 21. The first three races will be 125 lap events on Friday nights, with the fourth being 150 laps on a Saturday night.

The Southern Super Series will be part of two combination events in 2019 and both of them occur in the state of Tennessee. The Nashville 100 at the Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville on May 4 will be a joint venture with the ARCA / CRA Super Series and the CARS Tour Super Late Models. On June 1, the third-annual U.S. Short Track Nationals will take center stage on the high-banks of Bristol Motor Speedway, once again with the ARCA / CRA Super Series and the CARS Tour.

The Rumble by the River is scheduled on Independence Day weekend at the lightning fast Montgomery Motor Speedway in Alabama on July 6.
