LaMance Tops McCoy For Toccoa Late Model Victory

Two of the most successful dirt Late Model pilots in Northeast Georgia this year faced off against each other Saturday night at Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, GA.

Steve “Hot Rod” LaMance edged out David McCoy in Saturday’s FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature at the historic 5/16 clay speedway to add another trophy to his case.

McCoy held on to finish in second, with Colby Cannon in third, Adam Smith in fourth and Daniel Wilson in fifth.

In other action, John Howard scored the Hobby 602 victory, with Chris Page coming home in second, Brandon Stroud in third, Cody Smith in fourth and Jeffery Wood in fifth.

Clifton Snow took the win in the Modified Street feature. Otis Murray finished second, with Mark Wilbanks third, Daniel Snow fourth and Robbie Campbell fifth.

Rocky Jones was the winner in the Stock V8 feature, with Keith Teasley in second, Benje Stewart in third, Eric Dove in fourth and Ray Foskey in fifth.

Kevin Kelly scored the victory in the Stock 4 feature. Ryan Boles, Randy Boshears, Brandon Long and Mason Tucker rounded out the top five.

In the Rookie 4 Cylinder feature, Douglas Stewart was the winner, with Matthew Furgerson in second, Nathaniel Little in third and Charles Cobb in fourth.

Daniel Reynolds topped the field for the Front Wheel Drive feature. Robbie Cook finished in second, followed by Jamie Reynolds in third and Brandon Brechter in fourth.
