Gauntt Hudgins of Savannah set the pace and led flag to flag for his second straight win in the Beginner Bandoleros division in round 4 Winter Flurry action at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, GA Saturday.

While Hudgins dominated the race for the win, Noah Dominy of Statham finished second, while Ryan Younginer of Jonesboro took third and Cameron Potter of Covington rounded out the field.

In other action, Clay Thompson of Powersville won for the second week in a row in the Bandits division to extend his lead in the overall points. He took the pole and led every lap of the caution free, 20-lap feature race. Lawson Ingold of Social Circle was the runner up, and Nathan Jackson and Ryan Howell, both of McDonough took third and fourth, respectively.

Stockbridge’s Connor Younginer led the first 19 laps of the 20-lap Outlaws feature race, but was penalized to the rear of the field after causing a caution in turn two on the final lap by making contact with Stockbridge’s Trey Tadrzak. Joshua Hicks of Senoia took the win and Austin Greer finished second. Will McConnel of Dallas rounded out the top three.

A caution filled combined Semi-Pro and Young Lions feature race saw Zach Leonhardi of Cartersville take the checkered flag for the win. After two cautions flew to begin the race, Leonhardi assumed the lead and never looked back. Taylor Jorgensen of Stockbridge ran a consistent race behind Leonhardi to take second and Gainesville’s Jeff Holden was third. A crash in turn four early in the race ended the day for Jensen Jorgensen of Stockbridge, who trailed the overall division standings leader by just three points entering the day.

Bill Plemmons of Locust Grove won the pole and led every lap to claim his second victory in as many weeks in the Masters feature. Masters division points co-leader Robbie Woodall of McDonough took second, while Dunwoody’s Mark Swan rounded out the top three. Tina Johnson, the other Masters Division points co-leader, finished fifth.
