Nasse Nabs Super Late Model Win At New Smyrna

Stephen Nasse scored his second Super Late Model victory of the World Series of Asphalt Racing Monday night, as he held off Kyle Benjamin to pick up the win at New Smyrna Speedway in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

Nasse jumped out to the lead off the start, and never looked back as he drove away to pick up the victory.

Steven Wallace, who won in SLM action on Saturday, came home in third, with Matt Tifft in fourth and Ross Kenseth in fifth.

David Rogers, Joey Mooch, Spencer Davis, Cameron Hayley and Ryan Moore rounded out the top ten.

Brad May came away with the Pro Late Model feature win, topping Garrett Jones in the 50 lap event. Harrison Burton ran third, with Spencer Davis fourth and Dalton Armstrong fifth.

In Florida/IMCA Modified action, Tim Moore was the winner, with Jerry Symons in second, Keviyn Terry in third, Todd Stone in fourth and Tank Tucker in fifth.

Action returns to New Smyrna Speedway on Wednesday with the 5th annual John Blewett III Memorial, featuring action from the Tour-Type Modifieds, the Florida/IMCA Modifieds, the Super Late Models and the Pro Late Models.
