Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk brings you fast, winged sprint car action from Lavonia Speedway and hot asphalt action from Greenville Pickens Speedway, along with a preview of the upcoming World Crown 300 on this week’s episode, which is now available to view online.

The June 22, 2013 episode of Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk features coverage of the June 14 USCS Sprint Car Series in action at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA, along with weekly racing series action from Greenville Pickens Speedway in Easley, SC. We also travel to Anderson Motor Speedway to talk to 2000 World Crown 300 winner Micky Cain about the upcoming Georgia racing classic.

In the first segment, we have a look at this week’s racing headlines with show host Brandon Reed. We then travel to Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA, where the USCS Sprint Car series does battle on the 3/8 mile dirt oval, along with action from the local division Hometown Heroes.

In the second segment, we travel to Greenville Pickens Speedway in Easley, SC, for weekly racing series action on the legendary Palmetto State half-mile.

In the third segment, we meet up with 2000 World Crown 300 champion Micky Cain at a test session at Anderson Motor Speedway in Williamston, SC, where we talk about his history with the legendary race, and his thoughts on the 30th annual running of the event, which is slated for July 4 at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA.
