Anderson Victorious In Late Model Action At Citrus County

Wayne Anderson topped a 23 car field at Citrus County Speedway Saturday night to score the Florida United Promoters Late Model Series victory.

For Anderson, it marks the third win in the series for the season, having won previously at Auburndale Speedway and Citrus County.

Anderson did battle with Mike Bresnahan for the win, with Bresnahan eventually coming home in second.  Herb Neumann, Jr. finished in third, with Jesse Dutilly in fourth, and Anthony Cataldie in fifth.

Scott Walters, Randy Anderson, Bill Bigley, Devin McLeod, and Jessica Murphy rounded out the top five.

In other action, Clint Foley came away with the win in the Modified Mini Stock feature.  James Ellis finished in second, with Chris Alen third, Leroy Moore fourth, and Phil Edwards fifth.

Curtis Flanagan crossed under the checkered flag first to win the Street Stock feature.  J.D. Goff, Tim Wilson, Dora Thorne, and James Peters rounded out the top five.

In Mini-Stock action, Kevin Stone beat out Jerry Daniels for the win.  Bill Ryan finished in third, with David Fortsch in fourth, and Jason Terry in fifth.

Kyle Stoner scored the Hornet Division win.  Marvin Armstrong finished in second.

Kory Abbot picked up the victory in the Legends feature.  Jordan Black finished second, followed by Dakoto Baggette, Seth Adams, and Teddy Lively.

Sam Corman won in Bandoleros, with Trey Lively in second.
