The Rock, Garmon & Athens Speedway On Garage Talk

Raceweek Illustrated will be expanding its scope to include a weekly television program, along with continued motorsports coverage on the internet.

There’s no shortage of racing action to talk about, and Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk will bring much of that action to your television screen in one of the fastest 30 minutes in television beginning this weekend.

Host Brandon Reed and co-host Doug Turnbull are joined by Raceweek Illustrated reporter Joe VanHoose to review the return of NASCAR to Rockingham Speedway, with analysis and reports from the April 15 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event at Rockingham Speedway.

The Garage Talk Pit Road Spotlight shines this week on Super Late Model veteran Jimmy Garmon.  We sit with Garmon at his “Ace In The Hole Motorsports” shops in Hoschton, GA to talk about the third generation racer’s history behind the wheel, his role as a car builder and the satisfaction of working as a crew chief, helping to mold young drivers into winners.

We also take a look at action from Dixie Speedway, Anderson Motor Speedway, Toccoa Speedway, Mobile International Speedway, Hickory, Hartwell Speedway, Senoia Raceway, East Alabama Motor Speedway and Greenville-Pickens Speedway, among others.
