It was another strong showing and big weekend of motorcycle racing for the WERA riders, as they invaded Talladega Gran Prix Raceway last weekend.
There were several close and hotly contested races throughout the event. Palmer Kling, of Martinez, GA scored the win in the 125cc GP race. Sugar Hill, Georgia’s James Walker won in the 500GP class. Reese Wacker of Orange Park, FL won in the A Superbike Expert class. Flintstone, GA rider Bobby Stoker won the A Superbike Novice event. Jimmy Merck of Snellville, GA won the A Superstock Expert event and the B Superstock Experct event. Danville, Indiana’s James Dellinger scored the win in the B Superbike Expert class adn the C Superbike Expert event.
