Shane Sieg Suspended By NASCAR

NASCAR has announced the suspension of  one of the NCWTS regular drivers this week.

According to a series release, Shane Sieg, a driver in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violating Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 19 (violation of the substance abuse policy) of the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series rule book.

Sieg, from Tucker, Georgia, had competed in 12 of 15 events this season in the Camping World Truck Series.

His best finish came at Darlington, where he finished 12th driving the S&W Chevrolet.
