Pulliam, Roberts Score Rupert Porter Memorial LMS Wins

Lee Pulliam and David Roberts closed out the regular points season at Anderson Motor Speedway in Williamston, South Carolina Friday night, as they both scored victories in a pair of Late Model Stock features as a part of the 8th Annual Rupert Memorial Shrine Race.

Pulliam was the winner in the first feature, while Roberts scored his fifth victory of the season in the second feature, wrapping up the division points championship in the process.

In the first feature, Pulliam edged out Trey Gibson for the win, with Kenneth Headen in third, R.A. Brown in fourth and Roberts in fifth.

Justin Sorrow, Colby Howard, Neil Meredith, Sam Mayer and Jeremy Burns rounded out the top ten.

In the second feature, Roberts edged out Pulliam for the victory. Gibson finished in third, with Meredith in fourth and Mayer in fifth.

Luke Sorrow, Archie Adams, Headen, Howard and Brown rounded out the top ten.

In other action, Steve Carver scored the win in the Super Limited feature, with Billy Coker in second, Devin Kelly in third, Michael Bruton in fourth and Smoke Shiflett in fifth. Shaun Mize finished in seventh to lock up the division points championship.

Chuck Mitchell recorded the season finale win and the points title in the BM Modified feature. Brandon Segars came home in second, followed by Maxx Porter in third, Austin Northcutt in fourth and Jamie Winslett in fifth.

Jeffrey Kummer took the victory in the Mini Stock feature, with Ryan Howard second, B.J. Thrasher third, and Chad Campbell fourth. Division points champion David Darnell finished in fifth.

Chris Whitfield scored the victory in the Renegades feature. Points champion Billy Brown, Shane Brown, Chad Watt and Jonathan Ragsdale rounded out the top five.

Michael Womack was the winner in the U.S. Legends feature, with Sam Mayer in second, Dennis Kiser in third, division points champion Lee Jordan in fourth and Danny Cisson in fifth.

Manuel Molleda crossed the finish line first to take the Front Wheel Drive feature win, with B.J. Davis second, Justin Southerlin third, Hunter Evans fourth and Chris Harvell fifth. Tommy Davis finished 16th, which was good enough to take home the division points championship.
