Michael Page swept Saturday night’s racing action at Senoia Raceway, as he qualified the fastest and then led every lap to score the victory in the Friends of the Dream 40 for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series.

The win was worth $3,000 for the Douglasville, Georgia driver, as he recorded his first series victory in the first visit for the Ultimate Super Late Models to the Senoia, Georgia speedway.

Page held off a late race challenge from Tom Maddox to secure the victory while many of the series regulars struggled with the slick track surface. Points leader Dennis Franklin started 14th while his nearest points rival, Kenny Collins, started just in front of him in 12th. Franklin would settle into the top side finding some speed as the laps clicked off, but Collins night would end on lap 16 restart after tangling with Clint Smith.

Defending race champion, Joe Armistead, Jr., began his charge to the front on lap 22. Armistead made his way into the top five before having a left rear tire go flat after battling for the fourth place position. Armistead would be relegated to the rear of the field after having to slide into the pit area.

Lapped traffic slowed Page over the final few laps, Tom Maddox could not take advantage and settled for the runner-up position as Page crossed the finish line first. T.J. Reaid was third, followed by Casey Roberts in fourth and Armistead, Jr. in fifth.

In other action, Marty Lunsford battled with Bobby Mills early on for the lead in the Crate Late Model feature, then battled with Dylan Knowles late to score his first career Senoia Raceway victory. Knowles finished in second, with Corey Payton in third, Colby Darda in fourth and Wayne Harbin in fifth.

Parris Duncan scored the victory in the B Cadet feature, while behind him, Clyde Alexander and Dennis Lykins battled for second. The duo made contact coming and spun coming to the checkered flag, allowing Sam Carter to move past to take second, Bobby Arnold moved to third, with Billy Stevenson in fourth and Jeff Carter in fifth.

Junior Hardy took the lead on lap two of the Bomber feature, and went on to score the win. Tim Harmon, Dorough Bright, Randy Cornwell and Carley Arnett rounded out the top five.

Clint Smith ran unchallenged in the Limited Late Model feature to take this 12th win of the season. Chris Carr finished in second, with Glenn Morris in third, Landon Bagby in fourth and Brandon Bright in fifth.

Blant Duke led flag-to-flag for the win in the Hobby Stock feature. Curtis Turner finished in second, with James Swanger third, Jamie Simmons in fourth and Lee McElwaney in fifth.

Brad Gladden passed Mike Younigner on lap nine of the Mini-Stock feature, and went on to score the victory. Younginer finished in second, with Grant Roberts in third, Denver Stepp in fourth and Jamie Nicholson, Sr. in fifth.
