McCoy Takes Max King Memorial LLM Victory At Lavonia

David McCoy drove to the front of the field and moved away to score the Limited Late Model victory Friday night in the Max King Memorial at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA.

McCoy held off Clayton Turner to pick up the win. Bubba Russell finished in third, with Steven Segars in fourth.

In other action, Cla Knight held off McCoy to take the win in the FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature. Vince Finello finished in third, followed by Rusty King in fourth and Will Beard in fifth.

Shane Yarbrough was the winner in the Hobby Stock feature, with Taylor Griffith in second, Chris Cape in third, Brian Hardman in fourth and Cody Martin in fifth.

Justin Sims topped the field to score the Modified Street feature win. Chris Cape, Tim Bohannon, David Murphy and Phillip Burton rounded out the top five.

In the Stock 8 feature, Keith Teasley took the victory, beating out Cal Moon for the win. Paul Byrum finished third, with Evan Brown fourth and Matthew Fergurson fifth.

Kevin Kelly took the win in the Stock 4 feature. Scott Morgan was second, with Kenny Dobbs in third, J.J. Garrett in fourth and Ryan Boles in fifth.

Paris Simmons was the winner in the Rookie 4 feature, with Nathan Bowman following in second. Preston Kelly finished third, with Rhett Langston fourth and Jacob Kelly fifth.

Bradley Weaver held off Jackie Holden for the Front Wheel Drive feature win. Daniel Reynolds finished third, followed by Joey Kelly in fourth and James Weaver in fifth.

After taking the next weekend off, Lavonia Speedway will return to action on Friday, July 1, with the raceway playing host to the FASTRAK Touring Series.
