McCoy Motors To Late Model Wins At Toccoa Raceway

David McCoy did it again.

The Franklin, NC speedster swept both Late Model features at Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, GA on Friday night.

In the FASTRAK Late Model feature, McCoy outdistanced Steve “Hot Rod” LaMance to take the victory. Drew Benefield finished in third, with Adam Smith in fourth and Nathan Bray in fifth.

McCoy would take his second win of the night with a victory in the Limited Late Model feature. McCoy held off Randy Nichols to pick up the win, with Gus Simpson in third, David Conley in fourth and Kip Cochran in fifth.

In other action Chris Wilbanks took the victory in the Hobby 602 feature, with Nick Sellers in second, John Howard in third, James Nash in fourth and Brandon Stroud in fifth.

Clifton Snow topped the Modified Street field to take the feature win. Otis Murray, Justin Sims, Billy Buffington and Robbie Campbell rounded out the top five.

Jackie Holden was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature, with Lucas Crow in second, Harley Holden in third, Dean Woods in fourth and Daniel Reynolds in fifth.

Matthew Furgerson took the victory in the Rookie 4 Cylinder feature.
