David McCoy has laid early claim to victory lane at Lavonia Speedway. Friday night, he drove to another Limited Late Model victory at the fast 3/8 mile clay speedway in Lavonia, GA.

McCoy outdistanced Mike Ashley to score the win, his second straight of the season. Clayton Turner finished in third, with Bryant Carey in fourth and Tyler Brown in fifth.

Wesley English, Jessie Ivester, Randy Edmonds, Jimmy Ivester and Austin Brumelow rounded out the top ten.

McCoy was bested in the FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature, as Adam Smith beat out the field for the victory. McCoy finished in second, followed by Robin Collins in third, Rusty Jordan in fourth and Jeff Robbinson in fifth.

In the Hobby 602 feature, Brandon Stroud scored the win. Shane Yarbrough finished in second, with Daniel Fowler in third, Ty Anglin in fourth and Joe Anglin in fifth.

Michael Segars was first across the finish line for the Modified Street feature win. Tripp Griffin, Brett Sullivan, Chris Capes and Keith Baker rounded out the top five.

Joey Kelly topped the field for the Stock 8 victory. Cal Moon finished second, with Terry Brown in third and Ray Foskey in fourth.

Kevin Kelly was the winner in the Stock 4 feature. Ryan Bowles came home second, followed by Brandon Elliott in third and Jeff Dobbs in fourth.

Matthew Furgerson won in the Rookie 4 Cylinder feature, with Nathan Bowen in second.
