RINGGOLD, GA – Donald McIntosh came out on top of a duel with fellow Georgian Shane Clanton to score the win in Saturday’s Turkey Gobble 50 at Boyd’s Speedway IN Ringgold, GA.
McIntosh, of Dawsonville, GA, scored the win and the $5,000 top prize. Clanton, from Zebulon, GA, came home in second place. Dylan Ames finished in third, with Riley Hickman in fourth and Mike Marlar in fifth.
Vic Hill, Kent Robinson, Billy Ogle, Jr., Nick Latham and Aaron Ridley rounded out the top 10.
In other action, Ryan Gifford topped the field to score the Limited Late Model feature win. Tod Hernandez finished second, with Chris Wilson in third, Rick Hixson in fourth and Blake Shapiro in fifth.
Jordan Horton scored the victory in the Crate Late Model feature. Jacob Grizzle came across the finish line in second, with Cruz Skinner in third, David Duplissey in fourth and Justin Owens in fifth.
Booger Brooks crossed under the checkered flag first to score the win in the A-Hobby feature. Rodney Jolley, Casey Heatherly, Hailey Creswell and Jeff Allen rounded out the top five.
In the B-Hobby feature, Michael Brooks outdistanced Dallas Brooks to pick up the victory. Jim Gilbert finished third, with Jeff Irvin in fourth and Jason Emahiser in fifth.
In Pony Stock action, Michael Courtney scored the victory, with Tommy Gilbert in second, Bruce Kimber third, Brannon Knight fourth and Koty Campbell fifth.
