TAMPA, FL – Kyle Bronson picked up the Gagel’s Open Wheel Modified victory Saturday night at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL in only his second time in his new Bead Built Chassis built by David Reutimann.

Matt Miller held onto second in the 15 lap feature, with Buzzie Reutimann, also in a Beak Built Chassis, finishing in third. Steve Miller and Bill Howard rounded out the top five.

In other action, Buck Woodhouse picked up his third Q Auto & Injury Attorneys Street Stocks feature, leading from start to finish. Woodhouse was able to hold off Justan Rodgers and David Barwick, II, with Dennis Williams in fourth and Billy Barstow in fifth.

In the Limited Late Model feature it was Scotty Williams crossing the finish line first, but he would be disqualified in post-race tech for a carburetor violation. That gave the win to Forrest Gough making it his seventh win of the season. However, track officials reversed that decision on Tuesday, reinstating Williams as the winner. That moved Gough to second, with Austin Sanders in third, Jason Russell in fourth and Jeremy Simpson in fifth.

In the Outlaw Fours feature it was Raymond Rogers, Jr. picking up his very first career win at East Bay Raceway Park as he outlasted the field after a first lap incident with several cars. Zach Amundsen finished in second, followed by Amanda Rogers in third, Candie Moniz in fourth and Brittany Yates in fifth.

The Motorstats.com 4 Cylinder Bomber feature wrapped up the night, as defending champ John Moore claimed his seventh feature win of the year as he took over the lead on lap four and held off a hard charging George Handy and Britt Mann to the finish. Kayla Jones and Patrick Fiore, Sr. rounded out the top five.

Action continues Saturday, August 2 with the Limited Late Models, Gagel’s Open Wheel Modifieds, Q Auto & Injury Attorneys Street Stocks, V8 Warriors, and the Motorstats.com 4 Cylinder Bombers. For more information, visit eastbayracewaypark.com.
