Jones Fastest In Beau Slocumb Memorial Qualifying

Erik Jones had looked strong in each practice session for tonight’s Beau Slocumb Memorial 100 Pro Late Model feature at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, Georgia.

In qualifying for the big feature, he backed it all up, touring the Jefferson half-mile with a 16.454, 108.663 mph.

Bubba Pollard turned in the second fastest time, with Anderson Bowen, Colt James and Michael Pilla rounding out the top five.

D.J. Vanderlay, R.S. Senter, Donald McIntosh, Russell Fleeman and Dwayne Buggay ran sixth through fifth.

Willie Allen had trouble coming to the green flag, and did not take time.

The times of Mike Bargo and Jerrick Johnson were disallowed.  Both will start the feature at the back of the pack.

The Beau Slocumb Memorial 100, part of the Rheem World Crown 300 weekend, is set to roll off later this evening at Gresham Motorsports Park.
